All our training sessions start from Pålsjö skog (the car park by the crematorium).

Training starts at 6:00 PM on Mondays and Thursdays, and at 9:00 AM on Saturdays. Each week’s training schedule is posted every Sunday in our exclusive members-only Facebook community.
