The training sessions are designed to eventually prepare you for the Helsingborg Marathon or HOKA Helsingborg Half Marathon, and the workouts gradually increase in length and intensity as the races approach. We recommend that you should be able to run approximately 10 km at a pace of 5:30 &#8211; 6:00 min\/km. To get the most out of the training sessions and the program, we recommend that if you&#8217;re unsure, you come and try a few sessions. The warm-up and cool-down are done at a pace of around 5:30 &#8211; 6:00 min\/km, and then you can choose your own pace for the intervals, hills, and so on.
